Duane Loftus is based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been active in leasing and investment banking for the past 20 years in Connecticut and Arizona.

Prior to becoming an investment banker, Mr. Loftus was President of the AdVista Group, Inc., an advanced marketing technology company in Connecticut and New York City  (subsidiary of D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles). 

In 1987, Mr. Loftus left a senior position in the advertising agency business to become Chairman and CEO of the Info-Edge Corporation, a new information technology firm serving the media community.  In 1993, be became involved with DMB&B in the creation of the AdVista Group, which produces the leading state-of-the-art multimedia marketing and advertising information system for multi-national advertisers such as AT&T, Kodak and Mars, Inc.

During his eighteen years in agency management with Foote Cone & Belding, N.W. Ayer and McCann-Erickson, Mr. Loftus became actively involved in strategic planning initiatives for clients ranging from major financial institutions to fast-food chains to the emerging technology companies.

He is a Vietnam veteran and former submariner with several top-level security clearances and holds a commercial pilot’s license.
